About the Artist

Born Glasgow 1921. Watercolourist: landscapes mostly West Highland. Stemming from childhood visits to Skye he was most fascinated by the dramatic effects of light and shade on the landscape. Member of the Glasgow Group. Regular exhibitor RSW, RSA(15), GI(100) & AAS(2). Represented in Glasgow AG, Paisley AG and in Lillie AG (Milngavie).
